At Prem Store, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, promptly, and efficiently across India. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your purchases.
📦 Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
🇮🇳 Shipping Coverage
We deliver Pan India – covers to all states and union territories across the country soon. International shipping is currently not available but will be introduced soon.
📍 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with a tracking ID via SMS and email. You can track your order through our website or the courier partner's platform.
⚠️ Please Note: Delivery timelines may be extended during festive seasons, extreme weather, or unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you updated throughout.
📦 Damaged or Lost Shipments
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and resolve your issue promptly.
